Job Description

As a Client Engagement Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners for our innovative home physiotherapy solutions within the B2B2C model. Reporting to the Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert medical institutions and corporate partners who share our vision for healthcare transformation. You will also play a key role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with these partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
  • Convert customers into HealthFlex plan, either physically (treating physician’s clinic/center) ordigitally (through calls)
  • Engage with customers to intervene and improve compliance and adherence
  • Work with customers and the treating physician to evolve the exercise protocols fortnightly and improve customer retention and satisfaction

  • Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers
  • Providing comprehensive patient assessment and tailored exercise prescription

Relationship Building
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with doctors, their surgeons, hospitals and clinics
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring their success with our solution
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries and needs

  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure partner success and satisfaction
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Basic understanding or coursework in digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively with a team
